To All My Family and Friends~
Those of you who know me may be aware that I am no stranger to the bazaar, outrageous, sometimes not so bright ideas and adventures. From a three week trip to Europe all by my lonesome, skidding down the “volcanoes” in Diamond Valley in my tennis shoes, a 100 mile bike race, surviving solo in Las Vegas for seven years, parasailing in Key West, trying to catch a barracuda while snorkeling in Mexico……dragging my big brother onto a ride called “the Human Catapult”……………..yes I have had some real “shining moments” in my life.

But Alas……..I have waited 25 years before finding the straw that broke the camel’s back. My holy mother of all really dumb ideas and I felt quite compelled to share it with everyone. I assure you that you will not believe it until you see it and I have come prepared to deliver.
Most of you would not be surprised to know that I chose skydiving as my 25th birthday celebration and I was completely prepared to take on this endeavor alone. But there was someone who just couldn’t bear to think of me doing this alone….making this my most unbelievably unforgettable birthday ever…….please continue to share in my elation…….

So I know what you’re thinking….well she suited up…..but she would NEVER make it out of the plane once the door opened………..am I RIGHT??
THE SMOOTH LANDING…YOU CAN’T MISTAKE THAT TINY BODY FRAME ANYWHERE….
So now that you believe me…and once you pick your jaw up off the floor…please pick up the phone and let her know just how proud you are of my mother…the woman that can’t drive up a hill without closing her eyes and whimpering…..she conquered her fears…perhaps a bit too literally……and jumped (slightly pushed involuntarily) out of a perfectly good airplane just to make sure that I had someone to share in my moment of …………..STUPIDITY
